Dawn, located in Northloop Minneapolis, offers a versatile workspace with a translucent double-skin facade adorned with openings that provide glimpses of downtown Minneapolis.
Nestled on a corner beside historic warehouses, Dawn neighbors boutique stores, offering a unique blend of modernity and tradition.
As we slice it open, the heavy timber structure reveals itself, showcasing its robust beauty. This diagram illustrates the punctured views towards specific landmarks in downtown Minneapolis. Additionally, it highlights key features such as the translucent facade, alcove workspaces, and communal gathering areas.
Illustrated on the diagram are four distinct gathering areas: the lobby café, the basement bar, the meeting space, and the lecture hall.
